单层屋面系统的技术特点是：防水卷材为单层、空铺、暴露、机械固定、搭接密封。单层屋面系统的基本做法是：以螺钉(固定钉)、垫片和压条等配件，采用机械同定技术．将屋面各构造层次固定在屋面基层(着力层)上。卷材盖住固定件的钉帽(图I)．卷材搭接部位采用本体焊接粘结、热熔粘结或胶带粘结，使防水层达到完全封闭状态。
The technical features of single layer roof system are: single layer, empty laying, exposure, mechanical fixation, lap sealing.
