增强聚酯布防水材料要求非常符合规范，出厂前经过多道检测工序，有相应资质等级检测部门出具的检测报告。聚酯布防水层空鼓，发生在找平层与聚酯部之间，且多在聚酯布接缝处，其原因是找平层不干燥，汗水率大，空气排除不彻底，聚酯布没有粘结牢固；渗漏多发生在管根、地漏、形变缝等处，伸缩缝没有断开，造成防水层撕裂，其他部位由于粘结不牢固也有可能发生渗漏，施工中应该加强检查，认真操作。

屋面隔离层的做法应在施工中因地制宜，取长补短，把面上的这三涂一布防水层做在找平层与刚性层之间，既起了隔离层的作用，又不被日晒雨淋，既防止老化，又起了防水作用。防水工程在建筑施工中属于关键项目和隐蔽工程，对保证工程质量具有重要意义。
