防水涂料的特点
Characteristics of waterproof coating
（1）防水涂料在固化前呈粘稠状液态，因此，施工时不仅能在水平面，而且能在立面、阴阳角及各种复杂表面，形成无接缝的完整的防水膜；

（2）使用时无需加热，既减少环境污染，又便于操作，改善劳动条件；

（5）涂布的防水涂料，既是防水层的主体材料，又是胶粘剂，故粘结质量容易保证，维修也比较简便。尤其是对于基层裂缝、施工缝、雨水斗及贯穿管周围等一些容易造成渗漏的部位，极易进行增强涂刷、贴布等作业。

（6）施工时必须采用刷子、刮板等逐层涂刷或涂刮，故防水膜的厚度很难做到像防水卷材那样均一，防水膜的质量易受施工条件影响。因此，选用防水涂料时，须认真了解材料的性质和特征、使用方法、最低单位面积用量和重复涂、刮的必要性，并必须认真考虑防水层各个细部的增强处理。
(6) During construction, brush, scraper, etc. must be applied or scratched layer by layer, so the thickness of waterproof membrane is difficult to be as uniform as that of waterproof membrane, and the quality of waterproof membrane is easily affected by construction conditions. Therefore, when selecting waterproof coating, it is necessary to carefully understand the nature and characteristics of the material, the use method, the minimum unit area consumption and the necessity of repeated coating and scraping, and to carefully consider the reinforcement treatment of each detail of the waterproof layer.
